Feb 16, 2023 · Check if your grill is already paired. On the grill’s controller, navigate to MENU > WIFI INFORMATION . If there is a WiFI network name here, the grill is already paired to a network. If the grill is connected to the correct WiFi on the controller, but is not connected within the app, go to Grill Appears Offline in App. To do this, first, make sure that your phone is connected to the internet. Then open the Traeger app and tap on the “Settings” tab. Scroll down until you see the section called “Remote Grill Control.”. In this section, you’ll see an option for “Hotspot.”. Tap on this option and enter the password for your phone’s hotspot.
