After spending more time on the innerweb last night my best estimate is that the aux fan relay is one of the “cube” multipurpose relays above the fuse box. Diagram I saw would indicate it is the first lower cube above the 2/4/6/8 fuse in the attached thumbnail.A fuse and relay box are located in the engine bay on the passenger side.
