As others have said - at this point, you have enough reputation. But make sure to look for quests that give you tech points that you might need, they usually give a decent amount that is really worth the time to finish the quest. There's very few sidequest and they give 2 rep. The next main quests unlocks at the start of your 5th year. That should give you a big boost. Might be you need to have an heir too.
