A couple of my family members had or still have KZ trailers. Results similar to yours. The dealer has been exceptional and in one case forced a defective unit back to the manufacturer. The replacement unit has had problems but I have been able to fix them as they come up.

Bent upward 2-3" from being level with the rest of the frame. The solar controller is showing code b001 (cannot see battery) and there is no voltage on the battery side of the solar controller.
