The "Arms & Tool" name was not used after 1915, so you have somewhere between 1912-1915.The number meaning is unknown. Your gun (1926-1935) was too early for a date code. In theory chokes can be measured by comparing the bore and choke diameter. The nominal ID of a 12 Ga bore is 0.729" but it can vary consdierably. If you have a calibers or a choke gauge you can measure the choke diameter.To authenticate a Fendi serial number, one should look at a bag’s certificate of authenticity.
