Honda pilot vtm-4 light on and check engine light

Restart the car then the engine light stays on, but not vtm-4 light. vtm-4 light comes on when you drive for 20 to 30 minutes and only when press the break. I turned the ignition and immediately the Engine light came on and started blinking, then the VTM and VSA lights came on shortly thereafter.
