2. Posted January 22. Hi, Here is my situation, appreciate your advice. I and my husband are on separate H1Bs and my kids are on H4 dependent under my husband's H1B. The situation is me and kids are traveling to India and attending Visa stamping. 1.But for my dependents case status is still showing as "case received" and not received I-797A, though they have through employer A. Will it be problem for dropbox document verification or India travel. No issues. H4 status is independent of employer. H4 will use primary H1B I-797 for visa stamping, they don't even need their own I-797.
