The SE251 cams do make noise. I wouldn't count on the Woods and different. Chris. Running the Tw6-g's in my 98in build. The difference in noise levels between my fathers valve train on his stock 96 and mine is negligeable at best. He is a big proponent of Woods Performance and the high torque camshafts. I would think by looking at the Woods dyno result for the 5-6 cam that for your stated purpose it would be best fulfilled by the 5-6 cam. 5-6 cam shows tremendous torque and it comes on soon for low end scoot ! If you have a proper valve job and porting on your heads with a bump in compression to get you over 10:1, preferably 10.5:1 you will see much bigger gains. More along the lines of 115HP and 125 lbs. of torque. 85 -90 HP 100-105 tq on a stock 103 with the 555. 100 hp 110 tq on a stock 103 that would be pretty hard to achieve.
