FTM here - 39w+3d. I'm having very little signs of labor and am still 0cm dilated. My next appt is Wednesday, so 2 days before due date. I know things can change very quickly but they've started to talk to me about inductions. With this pregnancy, at my 38 week appt (earlier this week), baby is still high and not dilated at all (cervix is not soft).It can be lost right before delivery or several weeks before delivery.
